Wayne A. Capurro
I am a lifetime Nevada resident and 3rd generation Nevadan. I graduated from Sparks High School and UNR, where I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree and Masters Degree in Communication. I have been a Nevada Realtor since 1986, and have also been an owner/broker since 1989. I specialize in residential sales as well as residential land and the subdivisions entitlement process.
As a past president of the Grievance Committee and the Professional Standards Committee I presently serve on the Board of Trustees for the Northern Nevada Regional MLS.
What sets me apart from other Brokers is that I continue to actively list and sell property. It is important to be current and completely familiar with the day-to-day activities agents engage in as they conduct their business.
Kevin W. Reid
Kevin W. Reid, a native Nevada resident. A graduate of Reed High School in Sparks, Nevada and University of Nevada achieving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
Kevin has been a realtor for over 20 years. He not only specializes in residential real estate as well as commercial transactions, including purchases, sales and leases.
Kevin W. Reid and Wayne A. Capurro, are Broker/Owners of Capurro & Reid Real Estate, LLC.
Kevin currently sits on the Nevada Association of Realtors Technology Committee. Not only do his expertise in computer technology assist all realtors in Nevada, but has brought his Agency to be one of the most "technologically advanced" real estate agencies in the Reno/Sparks area.
